Because different products have different requirements for packaging materials, material selection should be made according to the characteristics of the products, including: whether it is easy to deteriorate, the factors leading to deterioration ( light, water or oxygen, etc. ), product form, product surface hardness, storage conditions, sterilization temperature, etc. A good vacuum bag does not necessarily have many functions, but depends on whether it is suitable for the product.
1. products with regular shape or soft surface: for products with regular shape or soft surface, such as sausage products and bean products, it is not necessary to require high mechanical strength of the material, but only need to consider the barrier property of the material and the influence of sterilization temperature on the material. Therefore, for such products, opa / PE packaging bags are generally used. If high temperature sterilization is required ( above 100 ℃ ), opa / CPP structure can be used, or high temperature resistant PE can be used as the heat sealing layer.
2. products with high surface hardness: due to their high surface hardness and hard protrusions, such products as those with bone and bone products are easy to puncture the packaging bag during vacuuming and transportation. therefore, the packaging bag of such products needs to have good puncture resistance and cushioning performance. pet / pa / PE or opet / opa / CPP vacuum bag can be selected. If the weight of the product is less than 500 g, you can try to use an opa / opa / PE packaging bag. this kind of bag has good product adaptability and better vacuum pumping effect without changing the shape of the product.
3. perishable products: low-temperature meat products and other perishable products that require low-temperature sterilization do not have high requirements on the strength of the packaging bag, but require excellent barrier properties. therefore, pure coextruded films such as pa / PE / evoh / pa / PE films can be selected, or dry recovery methods such as pa / PE films can be used, and k coating materials can also be used. High temperature products can be made of PVDC shrink bags or dry compound bags.
4. higher grade and high quality products: the seven-layer coextruded package has better barrier performance and can meet the requirements of the products listed in 1, 2 and 3 at the same time. its use makes your products more elegant and greatly prolongs the shelf life of the contents.
